Delivery & Exchange policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item to us so we have tried as much as possible to simplify the process for you.

We have a 14-day exchange policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. However, no exchange for promotion, discount and/or prices markdown item(s). No exchange for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Please contact us as soon as you can at service@satellitejewel.com, and we can check on stock availibility

1. Exchange in person at one of our stores at Jewel Changi Airport or Takashimaya Department Store (only for Singapore orders).

2. Mail to the designated address as provided to you at the time when you request the exchange.

Postage/courier fees for sending the exchange item to us are to be borne by you, the customer. Please include your name and order reference number with your returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at service@satellitejewel.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the designated address provided to you at the time when you request the return. The product must be shipped at the expense of the user in its original packaging.


If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
