Sales Supervisor

Satellite Paris is designed our Parisian workshop by our in-house designers. We have shops in many countries such as France, Italy, Belgium, Dubai, Japan, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao etc. Singapore is rapidly expanding.
Duties of Sales Supervisor:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain sales staff schedule according to company standards.
- Be able to utilize customer service measurement tools to keep track our performance.
- Monitor and exceed sales targets, utilizing in-store resources, marketing and visual techniques.
Requirements:
- Passion in retail business
- Team leader and hard working person
- Sales driven with self-discipline
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Minimum GCE “O” level
Job Scope
- Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewellery the company has to offer
- Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead a productive and harmony front sales team
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
- Manage and maintain the positive image of brand
Measures of success
- Stores sales performance
- Sales & KPIs
- Increase in client advisor’s KPIs (ATV & UPT) on transactions that the styling Expert were involved in
- Service targets (Guest Experience, Net promoter score)
- Qualitative feedback from CE, store team
